As a company we are totally committed to give our customers complete customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our reputation to deliver good quality and service to all our customers.
In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with any goods purchased, please inform us within 7 days, starting from the day after the goods are delivered. This would be required by email through our contact page.
If the product is faulty in any way we will happily exchange the product for you. Any ex-display show stock that has been taken or delivered from an event is sold as seen.
No liability can be held against Bespoke Garden Furniture once the stock is collected or delivered from an event.
All products made by SGF do require good maintenance and protection to extend it’s lifespan. We recommend that you use a quality wood stain preservative with colour of your choice. We recommend that you do a ‘test stain’ underneath first, we do not accept any responsibility for any product that has been spoiled due to staining. If unsure which treatment is best suited for your product, please contact us and we will be happy to give you advice before purchasing any treatment product. We do not recommend any Varnish or Creosote, as this will crack up the timber in the sun. We do a clear preservative which can be used to preserve the timber, made by the famous brand ‘Rustins’ which can be found on our products page. Any product made of timber may be prone to small amounts of movement due to changes in weather conditions. This may result in small cracks or slight shrinkage, which is perfectly natural, and of no detriment to the furniture. Following the above advice and your furniture will be like brand new for many years.
